Quesería CaprariuS is a project of a young Majorero entrepreneur who, with great effort, manages his own goat farm in Llano de la Higuera, Tuineje, where he also makes his own cheese with protected designation of origin Queso Majorero, of course, with milk from his own farm with great love for the primary sector, today his products are present in Gourmet shops on the islands as well as in the main markets.

OUR HISTORY: RAYCO RAMOS

Rayco Ramos is the soul and owner of Quesería Caprarius, which was launched at the beginning of 2020.

His grandparents taught them the profession but Rayco also studied agriculture and trained as a master cheesemaker.

SUSTAINABLE INITIATIVES AND CULTURAL LINKS WITH THE ISLAND

His aim is to turn the typical farm around, making his farm a more innovative and sustainable business.

Quesería Caprarius promotes the responsible consumption of its products and services, managed in a sustainable way, and everything that has an impact on the social and economic benefits of its rural environment.
